I was in the store last week looking to find two new bars for my piercings. I find it hard to pick out jewellery as I never know where to start. Well can I just say the lady who helped me was so super kind and knew exactly what I was trying to find. Her customer service skills are really excellent and it's a shame I did not get her name as she deserves recognition. Once I picked the new jewels out she helped me to decide where they would best fit due to size and appearance of the two piercings in my ears. I really appreciated her support in this and also the time she actually took to talk me through everything. Once I had paid, she even offered to fit the new bars for me which was so appreciated. I just wanted to highlight the help and kindness of the staff and how beautiful the jewellery is. I will definitely be back and look forward to it.Thank you very much 😊 💗

First time calling into this body piercing on Easter Tuesday. I was greeted by Rachel, one of the piercing staff, she was very friendly and mentioned that they do walk ins, she gladly did my piercing which I got on my left hand side above my lips. She talked me though the everything before after the piercing, I was a anxious getting the piercing done, but Rachel, made me feel at ease before and after. I love my new piercing.
I will defo be back to the piercing shop.

got my conch pierced here about a month ago, i just walked in and asked the girls were so lovely i felt comfortable the second i walked in, my piercing as been healing very well and ill definitely be back for more :)

Brilliant experience with the piercer in Obsidian. I went in thinking I needed my lobe repierced and she managed to open it up again (no pain) with a taper and stretching gel.
I’ve been struggling with this particular piercing “healing over” for years and every piercer I’ve been to has repierced it without seeing if it was still open. Obsidian were a breath of fresh air!
Wish I’d taken the name of the piercer I had because she was amazing!

Absolutely brilliant, got a conch piercing here, after being recommended by a friend. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very patient, (they have so much choice in jewellery it took me ages to decide). The process was explained from start to finish, very clean and hygienic. Taking my daughter at the end of the month and I'm getting another piercing.
